EAS maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward bribery and corruption in all forms. We are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act. All employees, contractors, and partners are prohibited from offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting bribes or improper advantages. We require that any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed and that all business dealings are carried out honestly, fairly, and with accountability to our customers, stakeholders, and the communities we serve.
Export Control & Trade Compliance
EAS is fully committed to complying with all applicable export control, trade compliance, and sanctions regulations, including the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other relevant international laws. We ensure that our products, services, and technical data are transferred only in accordance with legal requirements and licensing obligations. All employees, contractors, and partners are responsible for upholding these standards, reporting any potential violations, and safeguarding controlled information. Through rigorous oversight and training, we protect national security interests while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and lawful international business.

We require the organizations we work with to ensure their goods, materials, and labor practices are transparent, accountable, auditable, and free from ethical ambiguity. We also encourage partners to promote transparency, accountability, and training throughout their global supply chains so that together we can work to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking.
